No Worries Brewery Trip

No Worries

A small brewery in Hamden. Every brew is named after a song, starting with Hakuna Matata, which of course means ‘no worries.’ The tap room is a large open space on the evening I visited it was a frigid January night, but the inside was full of warm conversation and a bustle that I wasn’t expecting. We were there to celebrate my wife's birthday, and we did our share of celebrating. There is something special about being together with friends chatting about our lives.
The super flight was... super!
Notice the coconut macaroons :)

If you ask for the ‘super flight’ they will give a tasting of each beer on tap. It was fun to order, and fun to share.

Our most recent trip to No Worries was a celebration of my wife’s birthday. It was a great time. There are a variety of beers on the list, something for everyone. The Hakuna Matata was a crowd favorite, but the Do-si-do and the ‘Here it Gose Again,’ a sour gose with a hint of salt, were different.

I think this small brewery is exactly what is so exciting about the craft beer scene in Connecticut. They have created a neighborhood spot for locals to come and be proud of.
